"I’m originally from Holstebro, a small town in the West of Jutland. I came to Aarhus to study a Bachelor of Science in ICT Product Development, followed by a Master in the same field. I really like the fact that in Aarhus you can be alone on a street and at the same time you are in a big city, I enjoy the diversity of people and the fact that it is a compact city with nature all around, from Risskov to Moesgaard. Even in the inner city there is plenty of green spaces that you can enjoy.
Over the past decade I gradually switched from watching television to watching Youtube channels. That’s also triggered my interest two years ago to sketch out an idea for a new project. I really wanted to learn filmmaking, and Youtube both inspired me and has resources to help me learn the trade. The goal of the project is to interview people that were born before 1945. The goal is to understand what their understanding of values are. I believe that 2 generations before mine, the people in general were more focused on the importance of their own and other people’s values. One of the questions, for example would be, what makes a good person? I still have that project in the back of my mind and I hope to start working on it soon.
I think if we want to make the world a better place we should start with small incremental steps. I always thought that if you do some good for a new person every day and make them smile, the world will become a better place to live in." David Møller Andersen
